My legs were feeling a bit like jelly after this one! Not to mention how sore my quads were for days... I use a 20 lb and 15 lb dumbbell throughout this workout in addition to tempoed lifting and the burn is a good one! You've got 2 circuits, 3 moves each, and 3 rounds of each circuit to get through. Remember you can always pick up heavier weights, start where you're comfortable and make your judgements from there. Have fun with it!
