This gentle ab series is geared towards healing diastasis recti and is postnatal safe. You are grounded on the floor the whole time as you use breathwork and foundational core exercises to build strength and stability. Diastasis recti is VERY common in pregnant and postpartum people, and is a separation of your six pack muscle called the rectus abdominus. Healing diastasis recti takes approximately 6-12 months of intentional core work. Stay patient and be kind to yourself, the words you use to talk to yourself matter!
You should always consult with your health care provider before you participate in exercise especially if you are pregnant.
