I really needed this flow to in order to calm my mind and allow myself to think more clearly with all that's going on in the world. I knew there was nothing else I could do in this moment but to move and I chose to film it on those days that you need a restorative release too. Feel free to add 1 lb ankle weights to intensify but I believe wholeheartedly in the power of moving your body on its own!
