Maintaining a flexible and mobile body improves everything from your sleep to your levels of pain & tension in your day to day life. The amount we are all hunched over our phones and computers is NOT normal and the body takes score. This is perfect to pair with another Challenge Program if you are dedicated to about an hour a day of movement a day!
