Powerful, short, and sassy forearm planking series! If you have wrist or shoulder sensitivities this is perfect for you as there is no weight bearing on your wrists whatsoever. Forearm planks strengthen your entire body but most specifically your core center with long, lean lines.
Feel free to do this as a stand alone flow if you're short on time or add it on to another workout!
