  • 42 Minute Bodyweight HIIT Style Barre Class

    Powerful full body series that sculpts long lean lines utilizing your own bodyweight.

    Modification are offered throughout and you are welcome to use wrist or ankle weights to intensify but it is a scorcher on its own!
